This page explains how players can request deletion of their account and personal data for games published by Cubeage Limited on Google Play and the App Store — including 瘋麻將16張 (Fun Mahjong), 台灣麻將大亨, 台灣麻將大亨2, 鋤大D大亨 (香港／台灣), 鋤大D大亨2, 21點對決 (Blackjack Showdown), 梭哈 (Showhand), 德州撲克 (Texas Hold'em) and 香港麻雀大亨.
Delete your account yourself
Sign in with the email linked to your Cubeage account. We email you a 6-digit code; you do not need the app or a password. Deletion happens 30 days after you ask, and you can cancel before then.

What we deleteCannot be undone
- Your account and player ID, nickname, profile and avatar, any linked third-party sign-in identifiers (Google, Facebook, Apple), and active login sessions.
- Game progress, in-game items and currency you did not pay for, friends lists, and messages sent through the game.
- Advertising and device identifiers we hold about you, as far as the platform allows us to reset them.
What we keep, and for how longKept
- Purchase and payment records (order identifiers, amounts, dates) for as long as tax, accounting and consumer-protection law requires us to keep them.
- Records we need to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute, or prevent fraud, refund abuse and ban evasion — kept only as long as needed for that purpose.
- Aggregated or de-identified statistics that no longer identify you.
- Deleted data leaves our live systems when deletion completes, and remains only in encrypted backups until they expire and are overwritten.
How to request deletion
- Email us at support@cubeage.com with the subject line
Account deletion. - Tell us the game and your in-game nickname or player ID (you can find it on the game's account/settings screen, or send us the nickname you play under). You do not need to send a password.
- We confirm the request against your account — we may ask you to send the request from a signed-in session or to confirm the player ID — and then delete the data. Nothing is erased until after a 30-day grace period in which you can cancel.
- If your game version offers an in-app account-deletion option (game Settings → Account), you may use that instead; it reaches the same process.
Deleting some data without deleting your account
You can ask us to delete specific data — for example your nickname, friend list, or advertising consents — without deleting your account. Send the same email with the subject Account deletion and say which data you want removed. We handle these requests within the time the law requires.
Parents, guardians and third parties
If you are requesting deletion for a child's account, or for another person, say so in the email and we will tell you what proof of authority we need before we act.
